§ 34-473. Comprehensive group housing developments

Comprehensive group housing developments to be constructed on a plot of ground of at least two acres, including construction of one or more buildings, together with the necessary drives and access ways, and which is not subdivided into the customary lots, blocks and streets, may be approved by the planning commission, provided such development complies with all relevant provisions, restrictions and requirements contained in section 34-239 governing planned unit developments.
