§ 34-202. Defeated amendment procedure

  • If a zoning decision is for the rezoning of property and the amendment to this article to accomplish the rezoning is defeated by the planning commission and the county commissioner, then the same property may not again be considered for rezoning until the expiration of at least 12 months immediately following the denial of the rezoning by the county.
