§ 34-199. Abrogation
Latest version.
This article is not intended to repeal, abrogate or interfere with any existing easement, covenant or deed restriction duly recorded in the public records of the county. Moreover, nothing in this article shall be construed to give the county commissioner responsibility for enforcing private covenants or deed restrictions.
