§ 34-197. Official zoning maps

(a) The following are incorporated as a part of this section, and are as much a part of this section as if the information contained therein were set out in full in this section. The term "map," "zoning map," or "the county zoning map" means the official zoning maps for the county. The set of official zoning maps is located in the office of the commissioner and the office of planning and enforcement. All map amendments shall be made in compliance with the Zoning Procedures Act. Each map or set of maps will be signed and dated by the commissioner to reflect said changes or amendments.

(1) The county zoning maps, as amended.

(2) The county Future Land Use Map 2010.

(3) The county water resources map.

(4) The Overlay Zone Map for Private Subdivisions, signed and dated by the commissioner.

(5) The county comprehensive plan, as adopted by the county commissioner.
