§ 34-504. Procedure to remove non-conforming manufactured homes and mobile homes and close non-conforming manufactured homes and mobile home parks

In the event a non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home park or any non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home becomes a nuisance or health hazard or endangers the health and welfare of the citizens of the county in such a manner that the planning commission deems said non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home park or such non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home to be a hazard to the citizens of the county, then, and only then, may the county planning commission take appropriate legal action to have said non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home park closed or to have said non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home removed or to take other appropriate legal action to remedy the problems caused by said non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home or such non-conforming manufactured home or mobile home park.
