§ 34-501. Same—Miscellaneous provisions
(a) No permanent addition of any kind shall be built into or become a part of any manufactured home or mobile home, with the exception of awnings and porches, as long as yard requirements contained herein are complied with.
(b) No manufactured home or mobile home shall be placed in a planned manufactured home or mobile home park which has less than 350 feet of floor space and does not contain a built-in bathroom and water closet, lavatory, and shower or tub which are in working condition.
(c) No manufactured home or mobile home shall be placed in a planned manufactured home or mobile home park until said manufactured home or mobile home park has complied with all requirements of the county building code requirements for manufactured homes, mobile homes and relocatable homes.
(d) Manufactured homes or mobile homes, not including travel trailers, may be stored only in manufactured home or mobile home parks, manufactured home or mobile home sales lots or within the confines of a building (warehouse) or other location specified by the planning commission.
(e) No manufactured home or mobile home shall be placed in a planned manufactured home or mobile home park which is in violation of an ordinance requiring placement permits and location permits.
(f) All manufactured homes or mobile homes located in a manufactured home or mobile home park shall be underpinned and skirted with approved materials only, as defined in this chapter and section 34-476(d).
