§ 34-272. Minor variances in setback requirements

Minor variances in setback requirements not in excess of three feet, which do not adversely impact the neighborhood and intent of this article, may be granted by the planning director. However, a written report will be filed and submitted to the planning commission at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
