§ 34-184. Repeal of inconsistent ordinances

Latest version.

Ordinances and parts of other ordinances heretofore adopted that are inconsistent with any of the terms and provisions of this article are hereby repealed as of the date of the ordinace from which this article is derived to the extent of such inconsistencies; however, they shall be deemed fully effective until the date of the ordinace from which this article is derived and the signing and adoption of the ordinance from which this article is derived.
